LCSA staff and coaches are devoted to continuum training in helping you identify your purpose, understand the importance of products and services, marketing, and coaching, which is a critical business system. Not to mention our LCSA Aftercare Program with Master Coach / Instructor Rhonda Caldwell. Other coaching programs will teach you the psychology of coaching, here at the Life Coach School of Arkansas we are here to teach you the truth about coaching. LCSA offers CEU training to make sure our coaches maintain the training and knowledge to help others to achieve their goals. Our coaches must maintain 20 CEU hours per year to maintain the “ACTIVE” status as a Certified Life Coach.
