Terrell Jenkins known by his peers as "Coach T" began his career as a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor in 2007. Coach T earned his certification in 2010 as a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor through the Arkansas Substance Abuse Board. Coach T has earned his BA in Psychology and Masters in Organizational Leadership as an "Executive Coach". In 2013 Coach T founded his nonprofit organization The Advantage Program which is a Life Skills and Education reentry program. As a counselor and 12 years of personal experience along with his Professional Life Coach certification has provided him with the skills to understand individuals and issues, they may face in their lives. Executive Coach T has won several awards such as Ruben West Sharing Your Voice Award, 2-time Author of the Year, 2018 National Father of the Year and the 2019 National Couple of Excellence of the Year in Los Angeles, California, 2019 Entrepreneurship of the Year Award in Baltimore, Maryland at the Newsome Awards & 2020 Future for Felons Award for his hard work and dedication helping people save lives.
March 4, 2018, Executive Coach Terrell Jenkins opened the Life Coach School of Arkansas. The Life Coach Certification Program is an accredited course designed to provide training to individuals seeking to provide, coaching, motivation, encouragement and goal setting strategies to clients needing personal development. Potential clients include, individuals seeking help to overcome; procrastination, fear and doubt, low self-esteem issues and, career and life goals planning.
Today, Coach T enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling and working with individuals across the country helping them to find their purpose in life and achieve their personal goals. Coach T is also the Founder of the (IMDb) National TAP Awards which celebrates the accomplishments of individuals in his community and across the country. Coach T is the Executive Producer of the full feature film "Volkov Origin".
Dr. Eric L. Holmes is a senior coordinator in the Otolaryngology department at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. His fervor to excel and push his abilities has led him to earn and impressive number of awards at Johns Hopkins: the Edward Halle Award, the Martin Luther King Award, the Radiology Customer Service Award for two years, and the Employee of the Year. With a passion and dedication to further his education and help others through his teachings, Dr. Holmes has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in biblical studies and theology, and master’s and doctorate in Christian education at North Carolina College of Theology. Also has been featured in the Enoch Pratt Library Compass in the Writers Live and in edition his book is now available in the Enoch Pratt Libraries, the Baltimore County Libraries and Dauphin County Libraries in Pa.
Coach Tomecia is a graduate of the Life Coach School of Arkansas Alumni Chapter 23. Coach ToMecia is Licensed Social Worker and CEO of Clarity Consulting, a Mental Heath Life Coaching firm that seeks to transform lives by transforming minds. As a Mental Health Life Coach, her focus has been on the lives of youth, ages 13-18 years old and women, ages 19 and up. Coach ToMecia is currently employed by Methodist Healthcare as a Medical Social Worker and has spent more than 20 years within this arena and the justice system combinded.
Coach Avyln is a graduate of the Life Coach School of Arkansas Alumni Chapter 17. Coach Avyln is passionate about helping others, particularly young girls, and women. From her passion, SELAH Life Coaching Services has been birthed. She is the Founder and CEO of this service that she views as an extension of ministry. Coach Avlyn is the Admission/ Enrollment Specialist at the Life Coach School of Arkansas and will help students to get enrolled our coaching program.
Rhonda Caldwell was born in Arkansas, she moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin at the age of 6 years old and resided there until she was 30 years old. Rhonda gained all of her knowledge from 4C for Children Education & Training Development School. Where she became certified as a Childcare Director in 1996. She landed her first job as a Director at Dreamland Childcare from 1996 until 2001, until she relocated back to Arkansas.
Rhonda owned her own Childcare from 2002 until 2007 in Monticello, Arkansas, stayed there until relocating to Little Rock Arkansas, and worked at Kidz Country Childcare from 2007 to 2008.
Rhonda went back to School to get her Bachelors of Psychology after being hired for Division of Children and Family Service, where she worked from 2008 until 2018.
Rhonda is currently the Founder of ATTAGIRLZ EMPOWERMENT GROUP. It is a successful, motivating, empowering social group that teaches and assist young and older women to “Unlock Their Power From Within”
Rhonda knew she had to continue to fulfill her purpose. She became Certified as a Life Coach and a Life Coach Instructor from the Life Coach School of Arkansas in 2019. She is currently working, and teaching new and upcoming coaches how to soar. Her quote for each and every client, and new coach that she comes in contact with is ‘’IN A WORLD FULL OF BLACK UMBRELLA’S YOU BE A RED ONE”
Rhonda travel the states volunteering at Shelter’s. She’s pursing her dream, which is empowering, uplifting and coaching women back to blossoming, and teaching them to tap into their inner beauty. She teaches that beauty is defined and balanced by your inner and outer appearance.
Coach Kirby Logan is a graduate of the Life Coach School of Arkansas Alumni Chapter 8. Coach Kirby focus on sisterhood, empowerment, inspiring, encouraging, and uplifting women through Mental Health Awareness and Self-Care. Coach Kirby is the Director of Student Advisor and will help guide our coaches to achieve their goal of completing the certification course.
