What is the key to the GROW Model? The key to using GROW successfully is to spend time exploring reachable goals until the client set a goal that is achievable to reach. GOALS, REALITY, OPTIONS, WILL, will help to grow people, performance, and purpose!
Step 1 of the GROW Model:
What are your Goals? What do you want to achieve?
Step 2 of the GROW Model:
What is the Reality? Is it reachable to achieve? What is happening now?
Step 3 of the GROW Model:
What are your Options? What else could you do? Do you have resources?
Step 4 of the GROW Model:
What Will You do? What will you do to achieve your goals? Will you put in the work to make it happen?
